In 2013, under the direction of Derrick and Mallory Coleman, Suge’s Smokehouse Barbecue has embodied strong influences from all of the regions known for great barbecue (Texas, Kansas City, Memphis and the Carolinas). 

Our most famous rub, “Suge’s Competition Rib Rub” is made with over 16 spices among other ingredients are the key to delivering a good down home barbecue flavor profile. Low and slow is what we like to do. We believe the flavor of the meat should speak for itself…not the sauce.
